We work hard to keep Spectives error free and accurate. The information that is placed on Spectives by users comes from third parties (via RSS feeds). Spectives cannot guarantee the accuracy, the completeness and validity of this information. Information that originates from other sites and is shown on Spectives can be false, unfair or inaccurate.

Spectives is not in any way liable for any damages that result from actions from its users. Including, but not limited to, information that is shown on the site in graphic or text form, and links to other sites.

Use Spectives at your own risk.

In short, we don't want unsuited information on Spectives. We define unsuited information as pornography or extreme violence among others. What else constitutes unsuited information is at the discretion of the Spectives Team.

We have the right to delete and/or block information (eg. RSS feeds or images) or users. Because every collection on Spectives is public, we will respond to every complaint seriously.
