Eleanor Wood is a recently graduated illustrator who lives in Brighton, England. She has a penchant for all things old, dusty and outdated, and likes to create strange and surreal imagined scenes using salvaged materials. She drinks a lot of tea, and likes to read stories about ghosts, aliens and unexplained mysteries, despite her own skepticism.

On a vu de très belles choses dans la nouvelle collection du petit label de Los Angeles Blood is the new Black. De la photo au dessin, on y trouve de tout et de rien, mais on y découvre surtout une pléiade d'artistes aussi inconnus qu'interressants. Ca vient d'arriver sur l'online store de la marque.

Deux marques qui défoncent et malmènent nos comptes bancaires chaque saison. Deux marques enfin qui s'associent cet automne pour une collection intitulée "The Orgone Project" en hommage aux recherches du psychanalyste incompris Wilhelm Reich. Cette saison, Sixpack France a choisi d'explorer le thème du Mal avec un M majuscule. Le studio suisse DIY s'est penché sur la question et rend une copie composée de dictateurs modernes, de symboles qui font peur et d'un hommage à Charles Manson, l'être maléfique le plus cool que la terre ait jamais porté. La collection est disponible sur l'online store de Sixpack France.

I really dig this design from Sharpshirter. I’m sure there’s many the cameraman who would prefer a situation such as this one (although that might be a somewhat shortsighted view given the larger implications of not having a head).
The idea is cool, and the design came off quite well, so bravo to Sharpshirter.

Jan-ken-pon! Jan-ken-pon! I still remember when i was a kid I used to do this type of suit. Well, we used Japanese due to the influence of Japanese cartoons that we watched. But in the end, we realized that we could read the habit of playing our opponent, that will easily win or lose. That’s why the game was no longer playable.

But Big Bang Theory, a famous sitcom geeky in the year 2007, has changed everything. There was one episode where Sheldon propose to use the game “Rock-Paper-Scissors-Spock-lizard”, an expanded form of the game “Rock-Paper-Scissors” or Jan-Ken-Pon in Japanese. Lizard and Spock are additional weapons that we can play. The rules of this upgraded version is rock crushes lizard, scissors decapitate lizard, lizard eats paper, lizard poisons Spock, paper disproves Spock, Spock vaporizes rock, Spock bends scissors.

For those of you who likes the new version, you would’ve liked the latest T-shirt from ThinkGeek. Here it is Rock Paper Scissors Spock Lizard Tee ($15.99 – $16.99) which is inspired by The Big Bang Theory sitcom. There’s a diagram on the tee that will help solve in game disputes.

Katy Perry’s happy t-shirt looks like it has tentacles. WTF? I’m not complaining mind you. Just sayin’. Happy. Oh yes.

Free Weezy? The trend has started. I don’t think Lil Wayne’s been put away (yet), but there’s already plenty of Free Weezy schwag to help the cause once he is. Here one for you from Rock World East.

The gnome on this shirt looks super goofy, he’s got a killer beard going on, and I love the color (mint) of the blank. He’s also apparently into some shady shit based on the bullet blowin’ a whole in his hat.  These are all quality characteristics of a shirt, and make me like this shirt.
